How to Install HOMURG Brass and Jade 2 Handle Widespread Bathroom Sink Faucet?
The HOMURG Widespread Bathroom Sink Faucet with 2 Handles must be installed by professional construction installer or experienced DIY. The detailed installation instructions are as below:
Step 1: Check the Packaged Contents
Take out the sink faucet from the box and check that all the accessories are included or not.
Step 2: Clean the Water Supply Pipes before Installation
Before installation, be sure to clean the dirt around the installation holes and the water supply pipes to ensure that there is no impurities in the water inlet pipes.
Step 3: Fit the Rubber Ring
Fit the packaged rubber ring below the sink faucet, which will be the interface between the tap and ceramic basin.
Step 4: Install Water Supply Hoses
Install the three flexible hoses into the sink faucet and handles separately and screw them tightly.
Step 5: Fix the Faucet on the Sink
Then insert the lock nut from the bottom of inlet flexible hoses. And rotate the lock nut sleeve to fix the sink tap on the basin tightly.
Step 6: Connect Flexible Hoses with Cold and Hot Water Supply
Before connect the flexible hoses with cold and hot water supply, please make sure which one is cold or hot hose (The Right hose is for Hot water and the Left is for Cold water).
Step 7: Check before Normal Usages
Please check whether the sink faucet work well and any leakages together with the installer.
Step 8: Seal the Interface and Gap by Glass Glue
If the sink faucet can work well without any leakages, then please seal the interface and gap between the tap and sink by glass glue to prevent water from permeating and avoid damage to the parts under the faucet.
Note:
In order to protect the surface of sink faucet from being scratched, it is recommended to wear gloves for installation.
